Many will be rather confused by the idea of The Vic. To put it simply, the site is based around the Grosvenor Victoria Casino in London, hence the name. A strange backstory indeed, but this is nothing new with casino sites.
Regardless of this, the site is completely different from Grosvenor and stands as an option of its own on the license of Rank Interactive, which owns and operates the site. In fact, the Grosvenor links are nothing more than a reputation boost, past the physical links, it seems.
Of course, this means that the UK casino brand is classifiable as a sister site, but Rank also offers several other contributions aside from Grosvenor, as can be seen below.
We have picked out a few of The Vic's sister sites below, all of which are under the same UKGC licence.
It should not be a surprise that we are picking Grosvenor here. After all, The Vic is literally built around its parent site. However, it's still classable as a sister despite everything pointing to it being a sub-site, per se.
The experience with Grosvenor is elevated from The Vic, as you would expect. There are more live casino options, and the promotions are more generous.
Most notably, though, customers can access a sportsbook through Grosvenor, which is a rarity for Rank Interactive options. In fact, the casino brand is the only one to do so under the license. As a result, it is probably the biggest and best option.
Regal Wins is another of the top casino brands offered by Rank Interactive, and this is only part of the reason why we have opted to select it here. The layouts are the same, whilst the games on offer don't really change.
Neither do the themes between the sites. Both aim to offer a more premium design/feel for their customers, and Regal Wins admittedly does a good enough job of this without being tacky, which many struggle with.
Another good site, and a step away from the Grosvenor brand, should you wish to make it.
The final option that we are going to put forward is Lucky VIP, where again, there is a slight premium feel to the site. The colours and theme of the site look a little bit higher quality and this plays into the VIP feel, which The Vic noticeably does too.
Past that, though, it's a pretty standard casino site with no VIP perks or anything across that line. Instead, it's just a small incentive to try the site, rather than a premium experience offered.
As a site, it's fine but not the best in the market. Perhaps worth a try if you are looking for something different.
