Find, compare and claim welcome offers of Sporting Bet's sister sites in the UK. Sporting Bet is owned by Entain and operated by LC International Limited.
Sporting Bet initially found success in South America and as a result, it started targeting the UK market recently, with the owners believing that there was a gap in the market for the brand to fill (or something along those lines).
Entain, who own the site, have used this model on numerous occasions now - i.e. taking a proven bookmaker from Europe, or in this case, South America, and bringing them to the UK under the partnership with LC International.
That being said, the site has not become a household name yet within the industry, and it probably will not become one, with the standard not being phenomenal. In fact, it is probably the worst option of those offered by Entain. So, let's take a look at its better sisters.
Seeing as Sportingbet is operated by LC International Limited and owned by Entain, there are quite a few sister sites to explore.
Our favourite option under the LC International umbrella is - of course - one of the flagship options, and Coral just pips Ladbrokes for us to be the best sister site.
As your 'typical' bookmaker, the blue-themed brand is fantastic. The odds on offer are very generous, promotions are quite regular, and odds boosts are a commodity, with the site having an entire area dedicated to boosts.
The big thing for us is the free promotions, where customers can win Free Bets, Free Spins and other prizes through the Coral Grabber and the Coral Coins. All in all, a superb bookmaker.
Now, that is not to say that Ladbrokes does not offer similar free promotions to customers - as you will see in a moment - however, the value of being a Coral customer just feels slightly higher to us, thanks to the elevated level of the promotions.
It is difficult to say much different about Ladbrokes, considering Coral and Ladbrokes are effectively the same product in different packaging, something which is very clear to the naked eye.
Referring back to the Coral Coins, Ladbrokes offers its own currency, 'Ladbucks', which is still very generous. However, attaining them is not as enjoyable as Coral Coins are. The store to spend the in-bookie currency also feels slightly worse in terms of deals.
Without a doubt, though, it is still a level (or multiple) above Sportingbet, with the utmost respect. However, we feel that Coral is slightly more generous with its promotions and odds boosts, so this is why the red-ehemed brand ranks number two here.
Unfortunately, there are too many large differences with Bwin to suggest that the site is close to the former two options. Whilst the interface remains very similar, and there are some nice features to the site (and app), it is nowhere near the same quality as the headline brands.
Bwin is quite similar to Sportingbet in that sense, and considering the duo's roots are away from the United Kingdom, the similarities extend further. It is an option, but with the greatest respect, it is not the option that we would advise joining.
