Octobet Sister Sites Timeline
Does Octobet Have Any Sister Sites?
If you only look at Octobet's UKGC licence, then the answer would be no, but there are actually some sisters if you look a little closer. Since 2025, the site has been using the EveryMatrix platform, which is also used by the likes of BetGoodwin, Ken Howells, Fitzbet and more.
Although there are some colour differences, these sites more or less look the same, and basic features are definitely the same. The reason why Octobet is using EveryMatrix is that FSB Tech initially provided the platform for the 2024 launch, but then the platform provider was bought by EveryMatrix.
Whether you classify Octobet as a new site or not is thus up to you. In our opinion, since the EveryMatrix platform is still so new, we would say it's new (and many of its sisters are new too!).

It's rather hard to name the best sister site, seeing as all the EveryMatrix sites are similar, but we have decided to go with 36Vegas. Having launched in the second half of 2025, it's newer than Octobet but still has the same vibe in terms of recognition among UK punters.
Apart from a few menu changes and the aforementioned colour differences, you will find that the navigation is the same at 36Vegas. Both sites also have an app for iOS users and not Android - despite the screenshot below - although that isn't exactly a positive similarity (we guess?).
The similarity carries over to the market depth, with an impressive range of sports, but Octobet comes out on top on the promotions front (at least at the time of writing).
BetGoodwin
BetGoodwin feels like a pretty good pick here, not just because of its recognised history and evident quality, but also because it made the same switch from FSB to EveryMatrix. The site has definitely become even better since the switch, which bodes well for Octobet too.
Many perhaps see BetGoodwin as horse-racing focused, and while that remains true, it's not the only string on the bookie's bow. You will find that the market depth is actually quite good and that odds boosts are offered for other sports too.
As far as completeness, if we can use that word, BetGoodwin is undoubtedly the best EveryMatrix site around. Reputation, quality, value, usability and so on.
Ken Howells
Ken Howells is one of the new EveryMatrix sites, having launched in the spring of 2025, but the history certainly goes back further than that. As a brick-and-mortar bookie, those based in Wales might even have heard about it before.
Nevertheless, the move to the online sphere was made with the help of EveryMatrix, and we have to say that it was a good choice. Right from the off, Ken Howells was able to offer good odds, decent market depth and even some promotions.
