Find, compare and claim welcome offers of Coral's sister sites in the UK. Coral is owned by Entain and operated by LC International Limited.
Coral is one of the oldest bookmakers in the UK, with its inception dating back to 1926, and it is undoubtedly one of the most popular betting sites among punters. In 2016, Coral merged with another well-known bookie Ladbrokes to form the Ladbrokes-Coral Group, which is licensed by the UKGC under the name LC International Limited.
The same license operates a range of different sites, not just Coral and Ladbrokes, so this means the former has quite a few sister sites. The parent company Entain also owns 50% of BetMGM, but in the UK we wouldn't consider it a sister site. In any case, there are several options for those who are looking for Coral sisters, so let's dig in!
Below, we take a closer look at some of Coral's sister sites, which are also owned by Entain and operated by LC International Limited.
Most punters know Ladbrokes well at this point, or at least we would be surprised if there is someone who doesn't know about the site. It is one of the best around, without a doubt, and the similarities with Coral are clear as day. The same platform and template are used, with the only difference being the colour scheme (blue vs. red).
Of course, the bookies do differ a bit when it comes to the promotions. Coral is slightly better here thanks to the daily free games, but Ladbrokes is not far behind. The red-themed offers very fast withdrawals, just like its sister, and all of the sections are incredibly comprehensive - from the sportsbook to casino and bingo.
While Coral and Ladbrokes have more or less the exact same look, the same cannot be said for Sportingbet. You can tell that the same company is behind the sites, but Sportingbet rocks a slightly different design, with some featured categories in the left-hand navigation rather than just an A-Z list. The layout for each event also looks different in terms of how the markets are presented.
However, this does mean that Sportingbet cannot be considered the best Coral sister sites. There are more reasons for this than just the design, though, including the lack of promotions, a much worse welcome offer and a lack of streaming for horse racing as well as other events. Clearly not the flagship product of LC International Limited.
Gamebookers features the exact same layout as Sportingbet, so once again not identical to Coral. You could say that Gamebookers and Sportingbet have the same partnership as Coral and Ladbrokes, which makes sense from LC International Limited's point of view instead of having four sites with the same platform.
It might have been a temporary error, but at least when we had a look at the site, we couldn't find horse racing. Only Greyhound racing was available, which certainly was a bit strange. Gamebookers is also worse than Sportingbet on the promotions front, meaning it's a whole lot worse than Coral in that sense.
Gala, perhaps known by most as Gala Bingo, has more or less the same looks as Coral. There is a very nice selection of bingo games, having a few more than its sister, and the design is rather appealing thanks to the colour scheme. That being said, it doesn't have any support for sports betting, which is something to consider.
Coral isn't just about sportsbooks though, given the popularity of its casino, so Gala might be a good option for some punters anyway. The site also offers the free-to-play game 'Daily Free Spin', the prize of which is either paid out as cash or in free spins. In other words, there is quite a lot to like about the site.
