The Pools decided to update its platform in December last year, having reached an agreement with Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) in the summer. Now, with the fresh looks in place, the bookie has also re-activated its welcome offers.

An agreement was reached between the parties and this was announced in the summer of 2024, although no release date was mentioned at the time.
A few months later, in December to be exact, The Pools rolled out its new platform and subsequently put their welcome bonuses on hold for a while. The changes made are pretty significant, as seen especially with the design, and the overall quality of both products is a whole lot better given GiG's strengths.
