Lottoland Unveils Look of New Website After Minor Rebranding

Lottoland has unveiled the look of its new website and app following a minor rebranding, changing the style and colours of its logo. However, with the previous logo being very recognisable, did the bookie make the right choice?

Many years have passed since 2013, the year in which Lottoland came to life, and most would agree that the site is well-known in several countries. This certainly goes for the UK, where above all lotto games (shocker!) have enticed punters to sign up on the site. Even more so since the casino games and sportsbook were introduced.

Lottoland has always had a very strong brand, in other words, and their previous lime-green logo has been at the helm of it all. We say previous as the bookie unveiled a new design yesterday, while also updating the looks of its website. It now looks more like neon-green to us, while a darker blue has also been introduced for the general theme.

The actual features of the site, which are what matter in the end, have stayed the same even if they are packaged differently. Overall, we would say that the new design is nice and perhaps offers more of a modern element to the website. It's certainly bold from Lottoland to replace such a recognisable logo, but they might just get away with it.

Of course, the logo hasn't actually changed loads if you disregard the colours and the italics, and the half moon-esque symbol is still in place. It's somewhat similar to the changes made by BoyleSports recently, with bookies clearly looking to modernise themselves in order to compete with the best ones around.
