Hollywoodbets has waved goodbye to the BetConstruct platform in the UK, relaunching the website with a style of its own. Amid increasing complaints about the BetConstruct platform, one can definitely understand the decision.
Six years after Hollywoodbets entered the UK market, the partnership with BetConstruct - which was first signed in 2016 for other markets - has come to an end. The purple-themed bookie decided that it was time for something new, as confirmed to FindSisterSites a few months back, and the relaunch was completed just last week.
At first glance, Hollywoodbets' new casino and sportsbook sections look quite nice, while it's certainly easy to navigate. The light colours might come as a surprise to some punters, though, as the previous site relied heavily on the brand's main purple colour. The logo has also been changed slightly, with no sign of yellow anymore.
As for the new sportsbook provider, Hollywoodbets has confirmed to us that the sportsbook is unique to the bookie. In other words, while they are certainly using third parties for data collection and odds management for the backend, the frontend doesn't have striking similarities with other sites. It's not like Kambi, for example, which looks more or less the same everywhere.
The main consequence of the new website is, of course, that Hollywoodbets doesn't have any sister sites for punters to join. Previously, the likes of VBet, CopyBet and Highbet were linked through BetConstruct but that is no longer the case. Still, we actually quite like the new website and it should definitely be good for the future.

I'm the founder and editor-in-chief of FindSisterSites. After exploring how betting and casino sites are structured for another project, I felt that there was a gap in the market, more specifically for correct, reliable and up-to-date information on the companies behind each site.
As such, I'm responsible for identifying the 'hidden' sister sites and debunking a lot of the incorrect information that spreads around the web. My background in journalism certainly means that I have the perseverance to find the right answers, which helps in this case.
